Return & Exchange Policy Details
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (including all items from our “Accessories” and “All Accessories” categories)
- Costumes that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or damage
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Products without original tags or packaging
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or costume from the same era (1920s through 2000s collections, kids or adult costumes). If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
