🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want every costume to bring magic to your special occasions! While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. Our hassle-free returns policy ensures your complete satisfaction with costumes from the 1920s through today!

⏰ Time Limit: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Receipt or proof of purchase provided

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Accessories (including items from our “Accessories” and “All Accessories” categories)
  • Costumes showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or damage
  • Items that have been altered or customized
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Note: This includes accessories related to all our costume eras from 1920s through 2000s, as well as Alice in Wonderland and other themed accessories.

📋 How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship to Us

💳 Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing
💡 Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or costume from the same era (1920s through 2000s collections, kids or adult costumes).

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
